But to be competitive, they have to do things differently. OSI has seen success with its patient-centered treatment model, and wanted to extend the same philosophy to its website.
Beginning in 2013, we began reimagining their online presence, and it became as much about establishing a new brand look and tone as it was about desigining a website. The new site launched with a solutions-driven structure, wholly original copy, professional photography featuring their actual care providers and patients, and a warm new design aesthetic to bring it all together.
